"Our Weissbier is on the lighter side of Bavarian-style Wheat beers. Toasted notes from imported Munich malt are complemented by a healthy dose of domestic wheat malt from Kansas. An old world technique called open top fermentation allows the yeast to freely rise, creating many subtle flavors such as clove and vanilla for spice and fruit flavors like banana, plum and/or lychee."
A whole lot of banana with some spiciness. I'm a sucker for Hefe's and this one is quite good
