Sculpin IPA

Ballast Point Brewing (San Diego, CA)
"After years of experimenting, we knew hopping an ale at five separate stages would produce something special. The result ended up being this gold-medal winning IPA, whose inspired use of hops creates hints of apricot, peach, mango and lemon flavors, but still packs a bit of a sting, just like a Sculpin fish."

What does an IPA taste like? This!
I have long been intrigued by this beer that sells for $13 (or more) a 6 pack.
From start to finish (nose to after taste) this beer is impressive.
Unfortunately, at its price point, I may never drink it again. The only reason I am trying it is that it was in the Ballast Point "Sextant Collection" variety 12-pack.

7.0% ABV, 70 IBU.
