Union Jack IPA

Firestone Walker Brewing (Paso Robles, CA)
"This aggressively hopped West Coast IPA showcases stunning pineapple, citrus and piney aromas along with exceptional dry hop flavors of grapefruit and tangerine. This intense brew finds its balance in honey-like pale malt sweetness. The name Union Jack is a nod to the colonial origins of the IPA style, and to the British expatriate who co‐founded our brewery."

Hops, a whole lotta hops. A little maltiness, a little fruitiness, but mostly a lot of hops. Actually quite delicious

ABV 7%, IBU 60

Hops:  Bittering— Magnum; Late Kettle—Cascade, Centennial; Dry Hops—Amarillo, Cascade, Centennial, Citra, Chinook, Simcoe
Malt: Premium Two-Row (Metcalf & Kendall varieties), Munich, Cara Pils, Simpson's Light Crystal
