When I think of beer, which I do often, this is the taste I think of.
The 'Reinheitsgebot' (or German Beer Purity Law) of 1516 stipulates that German beer can only be brewed using four ingredients: water, malt, hops, and yeast.
As much as I like an IPA, I do still love the simple things ... like a really good pilsner. Sadly they are really hard to find these days. Trumer and Pilsner Urquell fill the bill, thankfully.
