Absolutely delicious.
Pours a clear amber with a thick soapy white head.
Very subdued on the nose. Hints of pine and citrus.
It seems everything about this beer including the taste is subdued (not a bad thing). Initially, I got pine and citrus with some subtle sweetness.
Has creamy feel and finishes with some back of the tongue sharpness.
I liked this beer ... a lot! I was a bit concerned with the "Hoppy" name, but it is a very subdued hoppiness.
ABV 6.0%, 65 IBU
Hops: Cluster, Cascade, Centennial
Malt: Two-row Pale, Caramelized malts, Acidulated, Oats
Yeast: Ale Yeast
